Q.  How much will this cost me?

A.  Work can either be undertaken on an hourly rate or by full contract price.  As facts and figures can be misleading it is recommended that you contact us to discuss you requirements on an individual or case by case basis.


Q.  Do you have a waiting list?

A.  We do not operate a waiting list.  One of the advantages of using an independent OT is that there is no waiting list as such.  For complex cases our service standard is to undertake the first visit within 10 working days of formal instruction.  For simple one-off assessments our standard is seven working days.  Block contracts are undertaken on a service specific basis.


Q.   When can I expect my report?

A.  For simple assessment a 24 hour turn around is possible at advanced rates - service standard is 5 working days.  For complex assessments a 10 day turnaround is possible for an advanced fee.  The service standard is 15 working days.

This does not apply for expert witness reports which are negotiated on a case by case basis.
